Identification Data: Full name, date of birth, passport/ID card copy, driver's license copy.
Contact Data: Email address, phone number, residential address.
Payment Data: Credit/debit card details (processed securely via our payment gateway).
Telematics & GPS Data: Our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking via the Rentsyst module to monitor the vehicle's location, mileage, and ensure the security of our fleet.
3. Purpose of Data Processing We use your data for the following purposes:
To process your booking and fulfill the Rental Agreement.
To verify your identity and driving eligibility.
To manage payments, deposits, and any potential extra charges (tolls, missing fuel, damages).
To process traffic fines and provide driver information to authorities (Police, parking companies).
To protect our vehicles against theft or unauthorized use (via GPS).

Copies of ID/Driver's licenses are deleted after any risk of fines or claims has passed (typically 1-2 years).
